Our exhibition packages offer a range of options for exhibitors, advertisers, and sponsors, designed to fit the nature and scope of their inventory. Larger exhibits, including full table reservations with representatives, receive additional space and discounted advertising rates.

SfAA offers one complimentary table to vendors who reserve a full table and register an on-site representative ($235). For vendors unable to attend in person, SfAA staff will unpack, set up, and monitor exhibit materials throughout the Annual Meeting.

Each registrant receives a conference bag with essential materials for the week. You can include your flyer or promotional item for a fee of $250.

Mail inserts to the SfAA Office no later than March 1 to be included in the bags.

The City of Norfolk requires ALL vendors selling goods/services to obtain a Special Event Business License valid for 1 calendar year. Currently, the fee is $50 per license. Exhibitors who are displaying information or giving away goods and services at no cost are NOT required to obtain a license. Vendors must apply online, click here to apply.
