The Annual Meeting Program and Meeting App are provided to all registered attendees (approximately 1,800 participants). They include the full meeting schedule, presentation abstracts, and a section highlighting educational programs. The printed program is typically around 140 pages in length.

Advertisements are due by January 31 and must be submitted in .tif or .pdf format at a minimum resolution of 150 lpi for high-quality print. Other formats cannot be accepted.
